Electricity in northern North Bend took a hit Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 8, when a truck struck a power pole at Florida Ave. and Hwy. 101. No one was injured in the accident; however, a detour was necessary while repair crews responded to the scene. Power was totally restored by 6 p.m. to a little more than 200 Pacific Power customers.
