Due to the weather, North Bend High School athletic officials decided to postpone their scheduled 4A District 4 League games at home Tuesday against Cottage Grove. The baseball game with Cottage Grove was re-scheduled to Wednesday, 5 p.m., Clyde Allen Field, North Bend and the softball game with the Lions also re-scheduled to Wednesday, 5 p.m., Oak Street Park Field, North Bend.

Marshfield’s home softball game with South Umpqua was postponed Tuesday due to the weather. The two teams will try again Wednesday, 4:30 p.m., at SWOCC. The Pirate baseball team traveled to the Grants Pass area Tuesday and beat Hidden Valley 7-5 in a non-league game at Murphy. Marshfield (0-3, 5-8) is scheduled to host Marist Catholic on Friday, 3 & 5 p.m.
