Marshfield won one and lost one on the second day of the North Medford Spring Invite in Southern Oregon Tuesday. The Lady Pirates lost two on the first day to Mazama and Del Norte. On Tuesday, Marshfield had a breakfast call with Amity at 8 a.m. The Lady Pirates fell 10-6 to the Warriors, but came from behind in the final game to defeat Phoenix 15-5 in six innings after Phoenix jumped out to a 5-0 lead early. Marshfield (2-3) plays at Sutherlin in a non-league doubleheader Friday. North Bend got an early morning win in downing Santiam Christian 7-2 in an 8 a.m. game time call. The Bulldogs then played Eureka, CA in their fourth game, but fell 12-4. North Bend (5-3) hosts Hidden Valley April 3rd.

North Bend lost to Estacada 16-6 at the Yaquina Bay Baseball Classic at Newport on Tuesday. The Bulldogs (0-3) are scheduled to play Henley today at 2:30 p.m., followed by Newport at 5 p.m.
