North Bend’s basketball teams won three-out-of-four games with Marshfield Tuesday. Both of the Bulldogs’ JV teams beat the Pirates, the boys won 58-55 in overtime and the girls won 38-32. The varsity boy’s game was won by North Bend 66-53, but the Lady Pirates varsity beat the Bulldogs 49-13. Marshfield’s girls are now 3-1 in District 4 & 13-5 overall. North Bend’s girls fall to 1-3 & 6-13. North Bend’s boys are 1-3 in league & 7-10 overall, while Marshfield is 0-4 & 8-11. Pirates play at Junction City Friday to open the second-half of league play, while North Bend hosts Marist Catholic.
