North Bend finished the six-game special prep football season Friday night with a 42-13 loss to visiting Grants Pass at Vic Adams Field. The Bulldogs ended up 3-3. Marshfield played for third-place in the 4A Classification’s Championship Showcase at Cottage Grove HS Saturday. The Pirates downed Gladstone 41-22 to finish the short prep season with a 5-1 record. Mazama (6-0), of Klamath Falls, beat Marist Catholic (4-2), of Eugene, 27-21 in the second game of the doubleheader to win the first-place trophy.
