Marshfield’s boys placed second to Klamath Union at the 4A-SD3 Special District golf championships at Bandon Crossings Tuesday. Klamath Union won the overall title with the Pirates as runners-up and Mazama in third. Individually, Craig Ronne, a junior for KU, was the medalist with 72-70 scores over the two-day tourney. Marshfield’s Jack Larson was second (81-77). The rest of the Pirates: Jake Gerhardt 7th (88-86), Justin Banks 19th (93-93), Dhiren Charitar 22nd (92-96), and Kanyon Kohl 31st (107-107).
