Marist Catholic swept a pair of soccer matches from Marshfield Tuesday. The Pirate boys fell at home 2-1, while the girls lost in Eugene to the Spartans 5-0. North Bend’s boys beat visiting Pleasant Hill 1-0 at Vic Adams Field. Marshfield’s boys (3-1-1) host Junction City Thursday, 6:30 p.m., while the Pirate girls (2-2) are at JC. North Bend’s boys (3-1) are at Brookings-Harbor Saturday. North Bend’s girls (3-0-1) had the night off and will play at Marist Catholic Thursday.
