Marshfield downed visiting Junction City 6-1 in a prep soccer match at Pete Susick Stadium in Coos Bay Thursday night. The Pirates (4-1-1) are scheduled to play at Siuslaw in Florence next Tuesday. Marshfield’s girls beat Junction City 4-0 at JC. The Pirates (2-2) are now idle until they play Sutherlin March 27. North Bend’s girls (3-1-1) lost 2-0 to visiting Marist Catholic at Vic Adams Field and will host Cascade Christian on Saturday.
