Brookings-Harbor fell 3-0 to Madras in the OSAA 4A boys’ soccer semi-final playoffs Tuesday in Central Oregon. The White Buffalos will play Newport, a 4-2 winner over Molalla, on Saturday at Liberty High School in Hillsboro. Valley Catholic and North Valley will play for the girl’s championship.
