The first OSAA/Coach’s soccer polls have been released. In the 4A boys, Woodburn (last year’s 5A state champs) is ranked No. 1. Defending 4A champ Newport is ranked No. 4. Marist Catholic, a member of the SkyEm League which Marshfield is a member of this year, is ranked No. 5. In the 3A boys, Brookings-Harbor is No. 6. In the 5A boys, Hood River Valley is No. 1. Eagle Pt., is No. 5 and Churchill was among those receiving votes. North Bend is in the same conference as EP & the Lancers. The girl’s poll will be released on Wednesday.
