Only Marshfield’s boys had a successful road trip to the Willamette Valley Friday night. North Bend’s boys (36-45) and girls (24-51) dropped both District 4 League games at Marist Catholic, while a little further south, Cottage Grove got the better of Marshfield’s girls (40-46), but the Pirate boys got a win (64-39). Marshfield’s girls (3-2, 9-10) host Marist Catholic next Thursday, 5:45p, while the Pirate boys (3-2, 12-7) host the Spartans at 7:15p. North Bend’s girls (1-3, 12-8) host Junction City Tuesday, 5:45p, followed by the Bulldog boys (0-4, 6-14) vs. the Tigers at 7:15p.
