Marshfield’s boys fell 8-3 to visiting Newport Monday in a non-league soccer match at Pete Susick Stadium. The Pirates (0-3) are scheduled to play at Cascade on Thursday, 4:30p. Marshfield’s girls are scheduled to host Sweet Home in a prep soccer match at Coos Bay Tuesday, 5p.
