OSAA / OnPoint Community Credit Union Wrestling State Championships presented by U.S. Army
OSAA Update – In working closely with all entities related to the OSAA Wrestling State Championships and with our partners at the Rose Quarter, the following adjustments to the schedule have been put in place: 4A, 3A, 2A/1A and 4A/3A/2A/1A Girls Wrestling Championships: Friday, February 24 (one-day event). Wrestling scheduled to begin at 9am; championship matches will be conducted that night. 6A, 5A and 6A/5A Girls Wrestling Championships: Saturday, February 25 – Sunday, February 26 (two-day event). Saturday: opening rounds to begin at 9am with the evening concluding with semifinal matches. Sunday: wrestling would begin at 9am with championship matches concluding at approximately 1pm. Our goal remains to put on a quality state championship event while prioritizing the safety of participants, guests, and staff. Prep basketball playoffs are underway in Oregon. North Bend is scheduled to play at Madras in a 4A “play-in” playoff game Friday, 5 p.m. Marshfield’s boys at La Grande has been re-scheduled for Monday, Feb. 27, 4:30 p.m. in another 4A “play-in” game. Bandon’s boys have a 2A First Round playoff game at Mannahouse Academy, Portland, Saturday, 4 p.m. Gold Beach is scheduled to host Santiam Saturday, 3:30 p.m. in another 2A First Round game.

Bandon (22-5) will host Regis (18-9) in an OSAA 2A Girls’ Basketball Playoff game Friday, Feb. 24, 6 p.m. The winner advances to the 2A Championships at Pendleton March 2-4. Marshfield’s girls have a non-playoff game with Astoria at North Eugene, Saturday, 2 p.m.
