North Bend sprinters dominated a District 4 JV track meet at North Bend Tuesday. Junior Jason Padgett won both the 100 (11.77) & 200 (24.99), while the Bulldog girls won the 100 with sophomore Sophia Ryan (14.17), 200 with junior Abby Woodruff (30.04) & the 400 with sophomore Emma Slade (1:06.57). Marshfield got wins in the boy’s middle distances with freshman Jaxson Stovall in the 800 (2:18.45) & sophomore Elijah Cellura in the 1500 (4:40.09). The Pirates also got a double win out of junior Daphne Scriven in the Shot Put (36-05) & Discus (121-09). North Bend’s Woodruff also won the Pole Vault (9-06) & Long Jump (14-09). The Bulldogs senior Keegan Young won the Discus (106-08) and Javelin (154-01). Both North Bend and Marshfield have the Jim Robinson Twilight Meet at Roseburg on Saturday.
