Junior Charlie Dea was a triple winner for Marshfield at a District 4 track meet at Elmira Tuesday. Dea won the 200 (29.63), the 400 (1:09.43), and the 300H (54.71). She also ran the anchor leg on the winning 400R team along with Sheila Rojas, Sydney Trendell & Reagan Rhodes (56.14). Senior Mira Matthews won three field events. The Shot Put (32-05.5), Discus (106-01) and Javelin (92-04). Freshman Jonathon Parks won two events for the boys. The 200 (24.37) and Long Jump (20-04.50). He also ran a leg on the winning 400R team with Sam Grayson, Cael Church, & Aaron Hutchins (46.24). The Pirates won both team races. Marshfield is scheduled to next compete at the District 4 Preview Meet Friday at Siuslaw, Florence.
