Cottage Grove and Marist Catholic moved to the front of the SkyEm League volleyball race with home wins Tuesday night. The No. 1 ranked Lions downed visiting Marshfield 3-0 (25-20, 25-16, 25-20), while the Spartans topped visiting Siuslaw 3-2 (25-27, 25-19, 25-15, 25-27, 15-7). In the other match, Junction City beat visiting Elmira 3-0 for the Tigers first league win. On Thursday, Elmira is at Cottage Grove, Marshfield at Siuslaw and JC visits Marist Catholic in Eugene.
