Marshfield defeated visiting North Bend 53-15 in a prep wrestling dual at the Pirate Palace in Coos Bay Wednesday night. The Bulldogs had six forfeits to the Pirates. North Bend’s Liam Buskerud (126), Coltyn Ringen (132) and Brysen Lofthouse (138) picked up wins. Getting wins for Marshfield were: Peyton Forbes (145), Willy Jnatzer (152), Will Forbes (170), and Travis Wittlake (182). The Pirates also wrestled Glide and won 45-12. Marshfield will next host the Bay City Duals on Friday at MHS.
