Probation Violation, March 4

Libby Ln. & Crown Pt., CCSO release – On February 28, 2019, at about 2:01 a.m., a white in color Sedan was stopped for Fail to Signal Turn after being seen leaving a suspected drug house in the Charleston area. Upon stopping the vehicle, 56 year old Malio Favalora was contacted. Favalora did not have a driver license and his driver license is suspended in the State of Oregon. Further, Favalora is on probation for Aggravated Theft. Favalora’s probation officer was contacted and he placed a detainer upon Favalora. A consent search was conducted of the vehicle during which a suspicious spoon was located with some kind of residue. The spoon will be sent to the Oregon State Police Crime Lab for testing for illicit drugs. Favalora’s vehicle was towed. Favalora was transported to the Coos County Jail where he was booked and lodged for a Probation Violation.
