The Oregon State Marine Board seeks public comment on proposed rules pertaining to OAR 250-016-0020, 250-016-35 and 250-016-0050, that modify definitions, adds new language to define license expiration dates for non-boating guides, remove recreational boating laws from a list of violation, clarify violations, and add specific references to types of fishing and hunting licenses, tags and permits.
