Southwestern Oregon Community College’s Small Business Development Center (Southwestern SBDC) is offering an interactive workshop on providing excellent customer service on January 27, 2014.  Are your customers getting the service they deserve? Do they leave your business saying “Wow, I can’t wait to go back”?  Great customer service means giving customers what they want…but how do you know what they want?  This is a class to learn about exceeding customer expectations every time.  Customer Service will be taught by Arlene M. Soto, the Director of the Southwestern Oregon Community College Small Business Development Center.  For the past 19 years she has been a Small Business Development Center director.  In that time she has advised over 3,500 small businesses.  She has been with SWOCC since July 2007.   From 1988 – 1994 she owned a consulting firm in Milwaukie, OR.  Ms. Soto has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Portland State University and a Master’s degree in Management from Marylhurst University.  A fee of $45 per person including materials will be charged. Preregistration at www.BizCenter.org is required to insure seating availability and materials.  The workshop will be held in North Bend at The Business Center, 2455 Maple Leaf from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm on January 27, 2014.
