A 4.0-magnitude earthquake was recorded off the Central Oregon Coast Sunday, April 9th. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located about 270-miles west of Yachats in Lincoln Co. on the outer fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.
