Quake at Cape Mendocino, March 16

A 2.7-magnitude earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California Saturday, March 14. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 9:20 p.m. and was located 40-miles west to southwest of Eureka, CA where two fault lines begin that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.
