A 3.2-magnitude earthquake was recorded near the outer fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Thursday, Sept. 29. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located southwest of Torino, Canada at a depth of 13.6 kilometers.
