A 3.1-magnitude earthquake shook the Pacific Ocean sea floor off the North Oregon Coast Tuesday, Aug. 17. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located between the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast, west of Oceanside, Oregon.
