A 3.2-magnitude earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California where two fault lines begin that run parallel to the Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was recorded at 5:22 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 13, and was located southwest of Ferndale, CA.
