Quake, Jan. 31

A 4.0-magnitude earthquake shook the northern end of one of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.  According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred on Tuesday, Jan. 31, and was located south to southwest of Port Hardy, Canada.
