A 3.8-magnitude earthquake was recorded Friday morning, 7:37 a.m., near Cape Mendocino in Northern California. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located 62-miles west of Eureka, CA near the two fault lines that begin in the area and then turn north to run parallel with the Oregon Coast.
