A 3.0-magnitude earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California 3:20 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 2, where two fault lines begin that run parallel with the Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located south to southwest of Rio Dell, CA.
