A 2.6-magnitude earthquake was recorded near the south end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Wednesday, Oct. 14. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located northwest of McKinleyville, CA near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
