A 4.1-magnitude earthquake shook the junction where two fault lines begin in Northern California that then runs parallel with the Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 11:37 p.m. Wednesday night, Oct. 26, and was located near Cape Mendocino.
