Quake off Central Coast, Sept. 6A 2.8-magnitude earthquake shook the Pacific Ocean seafloor off the Central Oregon Coast Tuesday, Sept. 5. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located west to southwest of Waldport.
