A 4.0-magnitude earthquake shook the Pacific Ocean seafloor off of the Central Oregon Coast early Sunday morning, Feb. 2. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred within two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast at 4:36 a.m., 269-miles west of Waldport.
