A 2.7-magnitude earthquake was recorded Friday, Feb. 10, between the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located west to southwest of Crescent City, CA. On Saturday, a 2.5-magnitude quake was recorded at the southern junction, west of Ferndale, CA, near Cape Mendocino in Northern California. On Sunday, a 3.2-magnitude quake was recorded northwest of Petrolia, CA and a 2.7-magnitude east to northeast of Hydesville, CA, both near Cape Mendocino.
