Quake off Gold Beach, Dec. 21

A 2.6-magnitude earthquake was recorded northwest of Gold Beach off the South Oregon Coast Tuesday, Dec. 20.  According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 5:45 a.m., and was 5km northwest of the Curry Co. Seat.  A 2.5-magnitude quake was also recorded near Sublimity, Oregon.
