A 3.6-magnitude earthquake shook the Pacific Ocean floor off the North Oregon Coast Wednesday morning, Nov. 2. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 7:52 a.m. and was located west to northwest of Warrenton, Oregon.
