A 4.6-magnitude earthquake rocked the Pacific Ocean floor off Northern California Wednesday, March 30. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 12:47 p.m. and was located 158-miles west of Eureka, CA between two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.
