A magnitude 3.4 earthquake shook land near Cape Mendocino in Northern California Wednesday, Nov. 20, where two fault lines enter the Pacific Ocean and turn north to run parallel with the Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake occurred at 4:48 p.m., 37-miles southeast of Eureka, CA.
