A 3.9-magnitude earthquake was recorded west of Coos Bay, Thursday, June 19. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located 243-miles west to northwest of the Bay Area within two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast, and occurred at 8:09 p.m.
