A couple of earthquakes shook within the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast early Wednesday morning, April 15. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, A 2.9-magnitude quake was recorded at 12:43 a.m. and was located 38-miles south to southwest of Eureka, CA. The second quake occurred at 2:46 a.m. and was located 20-miles east to northeast of Arcata in Northern California.
