A couple of earthquakes shook the Pacific Ocean seafloor west of Cape Mendocino in Northern California Thursday, April 22. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, one quake measured 3.0-magnitude and the other was a 3.1-magnitude. Both were west of Ferndale, CA between the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.
