A couple of earthquakes rocked the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California Sunday, Nov. 18, where two fault lines begin that eventually run parallel with the Oregon Coast.  According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 3.7-magnitude quake occurred at 2:45 p.m., 45-miles southwest of Eureka, CA, and a 2.5-magnitude quake struck at 12:06 p.m., 39-miles northwest of Ukiah, CA.
