Quakes, Jan. 28

A couple of earthquakes were recorded at the southern end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Thursday, Jan. 27. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 2.8-magnitude quake was located west of Ferndale, CA and a 2.8-magnitude was recorded south to southwest of Ferndale, CA, both near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
