A couple of earthquakes shook the outer fault lines of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Thursday, July 13, 2023. According to the U.S. Geological Survey one of the two quakes, a 2.5-magntitude, was located off the South Oregon Coast and the second, also Thursday, measured 2.9-magnitude and was located west of Petrolia, CA, near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
