Quakes, June 11

A 3.6-magnitude earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California early Saturday morning, June 9.  According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located west of Ferndale, CA where two fault lines begin that run parallel with the Oregon Coast.  A 3.7-magnitude quake also rolled through the area Friday, west to northwest of Redwood Valley, CA
