A 2.6-magnitude earthquake shook the Cape Mendocino area of Northern California Tuesday, June 13, where two fault lines begin that run parallel with the Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located west to northwest of Bayview, CA. The Survey also shows a 2.8-magnitude quake was recorded in Oregon Wednesday, June 14, south of Cedar Mill in the upper Willamette Valley.
