Quakes, March 11

A 3.3-magnitude earthquake shook the sea floor west of Brookings Tuesday, March 20. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located between the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast. Another quake, a 2.9-magnitude, also occurred Tuesday at the southern junction of the two fault lines west of Petrolia, CA near Cape Mendocino in Northern California.
