A 2.7-magnitude earthquake shook the southern end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Monday, March 12. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located southwest of Petrolia, CA. On Friday, a 4.0 quake was recorded in the same area.
