Quakes, March 13

A 3.4-magnitude earthquake was recorded near the southern end of the two fault lines that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Friday, March 10.  According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake was located west of Ferndale, CA near Cape Mendocino in Northern California. On Saturday, March 11, a 2.5-magnitude quake was recorded south to southeast of Rio Dell, CA near the southern end.
