The Cascadia Subduction Zone continues to be active with movement below the surface of the Pacific Ocean off the Central Oregon Coast. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 4.3-magnitude quake occurred Wednesday, Nov. 12, 11:14 a.m., and was located 242-miles West to Northwest of Bandon. A 2.6-magnitude quake also occurred East of Arcata, CA at 8:45 p.m. And, a 4.6-magnitude quake was recorded at 10:36 p.m., 39-miles East to Southeast of Lakeview.
