A couple of earthquakes shook the outer fault line of the two that run parallel with the Oregon Coast Tuesday, Sept. 7. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quakes was located west of Petrolia, CA near Cape Mendocino in Northern California. The second quake was 2.5-magnitude located west of Port Orford in Curry Co. off the South Oregon Coast.
